Other Conditions
Drivers
Hirer/Driver must be over 25 years of age and have been the holder of a driver’s license for no less than two (2) years. Persons over 65 years of age must supply a doctor’s certificate.
Permits
A local permit is necessary; this can be issued by our representative. Please note that your original driver’s permit from your country of issue must be presented at the time of the rental. This is an additional charge of USD 22.00 per local permit required.
Insurance
Insurance (Nagico Insurance Company Ltd.): All vehicles are covered by insurance including USD 555,555.56 (ECD 1,500,000.00) liability for passengers and third party personal injury coverage.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available and recommended.
If CDW is declined, the hirer accepts full responsibility up to USD 2,000 for loss or damage to the vehicle caused by accident, fire or theft, regardless of who is at fault.
If CDW is accepted, responsibility for damages is reduced to USD 500.00 providing the vehicle is operated by all conditions of our contract. CDW does not cover damage to tyres/rims/vehicle canvas tops or cigarette burns to upholstery.
Delivery
Delivery is free of charge to guests’ hotel and at both our airports and ferry terminal.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles will all be delivered with a full tank of fuel; they are to be returned as delivered. Any difference in fuel levels will be at the client’s cost.
Other Charges
Gas/ Mobile Hotspots/ Baby Seats are additional charges which will be added to your bill.
Fines
You are liable and will pay all fines imposed for all parking and driving violations.
Vehicle Operation
Unless prior arrangements are made with the company, no other person/s shall operate the vehicle.
